The Pixelated Adventure
Ryu stands tall on the blue stage under the red sun. I press the buttons with my tiny fingers. Up, down, left, right—each tap makes his foot stomp or his fist swing. I try to hit him just as he jumps, but his face always stops me in time. I push harder, faster. His face changes; a green flash shows he’s blocked my attack. Then he does the same move back at me, and it lands. The screen goes fuzzy for a moment. When it clears, I see the fireball—red flames shoot across the stage and hit him. But he dodges it! Now he’s ready to block again, his face turning red. This time, I press up and punch. His face stops, but no hit. I try one more time, down and kick. The screen blinks—game over. My hand shakes as I watch the game reset. I try again, faster this time, but Ryu is too quick for me.
