The red mushroom floats in my face. I press it with my thumb. It bounces back up. I jump while holding it. When I land, I’m higher than before. I run through the level. Now I can jump even higher! The mushroom makes me faster too. I run past the pipe without stopping. A birdie comes by, but I zoom right past him. I reach the flagpole and start to spin. I hear a big whoosh—BANG! I pop out on top of it. It’s like being on a swing that just goes higher and higher.
