The Controller's Button Presses
The controller sits on my lap, its buttons waiting. I press the start button first—click. Then A for action—click. The screen comes alive with colorful characters. I tap B to jump—thunk—and a small dinosaur character soars through the air. The sound is just right, not too loud, but clear. I move left and right, making the dinosaur run across the screen. It’s bumpy sometimes, like when it hits a rock in its path. When I press down, the character crouches—click—and then runs again. Each button has its own little click, and together they make the game come to life.
