The New Game's Menu
The screen lights up with the colorful logo of the latest game. The title “Hyper Race” glows in bright neon green. A menu pops up, and I can see four options: “Start New Game,” “Load Save,” “Options,” and “Quit.” I press the “Start New Game” button with excitement.
The game world appears next—a vast desert filled with sleek cars racing across bumpy terrain. The sun shines brightly overhead, casting shadows on the golden sand. A line of cars is lined up at the starting line, ready to race. Each car has a unique design: one is painted in bright red and blue stripes, another is a shiny black, and there’s even a green car with a dragon logo.
I choose my own car—it’s a sleek white one with dark rims. I push the button, and my character zooms forward, roaring down the track. The game vibrates softly under my fingers as I steer carefully, avoiding the obstacles that pop up randomly on the screen—rocks, sand dunes, and even other racers.
The track twists and turns, sending me through tunnels and over hills. My car accelerates smoothly, and the wind rushes past my ears. The camera shifts to show a close-up of the dashboard: speedometer, fuel gauge, and power meter flicker with glowing numbers.
As I approach the finish line, I can see other racers speeding towards it too. I push harder, focusing on staying ahead. Just as I cross the line, the screen flashes green, confirming that I won! A celebratory tune plays softly, and my car zooms back to the starting area.
