The screen’s cold glow lights up the room. It’s bright like the moon. Buttons click softly. A picture moves, talking in different voices. I press a button and a car goes vroom-vroom! It drives around the screen. Sometimes it crashes into things, but keeps going. I try to move my finger over it, but my hand just passes right through. The screen doesn’t seem to know me. A big red circle turns green when I tap it right. The colors change and mix like watercolors splashed on paper. The screen shows a tall tower with a slide. I press the slide button and watch the tiny figure go down, bumping into clouds. It’s fun watching things that aren’t real move by themselves.
