I press the start button on the game controller. It should turn on the TV and launch my favorite game. But instead of the familiar sound and screen, I just get a fuzzy static image that keeps flickering. I try pressing it harder, but still nothing happens right. The screen stays stuck like that. I plug in the cord to make sure it’s not loose, then unplug it again. Still no luck. Maybe I need to turn on the TV myself, so I walk over and hit the power button. It turns on bright and ready, but when I press start again nothing changes. The game should have a loading screen now, but there’s just more static. I fiddle with the buttons, thinking maybe it’s stuck in a bad spot or something, but nothing works to get the game started. I’m not sure what else to do.
