I’ve been trying all day to figure out how to change my computer’s screen saver. I found an old program on this laptop from when it was new and now I’m stuck. The cursor keeps moving around in little circles, driving me nuts! I tried restarting the laptop a dozen times but nothing helps. Mom says it’s probably something simple like adjusting the settings, but I just can’t find where to do that.

Every time I think I’ve got it, some new pop-up window appears or a sound plays, and everything goes back to normal. It’s so frustrating! I’ve checked the internet for tips, but most of them are too complicated. Maybe if I leave it alone long enough, it’ll just work itself out. But right now, I’m just trying different keys on the keyboard hoping one will make a difference.

I’ve been playing Sonic’s new levels in between tries, but even that doesn’t help my mood. The spinning rings are fun, but this screen saver issue is making me want to scream. Maybe once it’s fixed, I can finally enjoy my game without these interruptions.
