I sit in front of the TV. A square white ball bounces on a green screen. Left paddle moves up. Right paddle moves down. I try to hit it with my controller. Miss! The ball flies past me. Again and again, I try. Sometimes it goes past the left side, sometimes right. A red line splits the middle. Score 10-5. I keep playing, trying not to miss. The game keeps going, never ending until I get tired or bored.
