I stand in front of the TV, eagerly watching as the game box spins around. It’s my new favorite game, with its bright colors and cool-looking characters. I’ve been waiting for this moment since I saw the trailer on Saturday. The game is about a space station that gets attacked by asteroids. There are special rings you can spin to save your spaceship from crashing.

As the screen shows the main character launching into space, my fingers dance over the controller buttons before they even light up. Soon, I’m zipping through the asteroid field, dodging and spinning. Each ring I catch makes me feel like a real astronaut. The game is so much fun that time seems to fly by. Before I know it, dinner smells are wafting in from the kitchen—my tummy grumbles at how long we’ve been playing.

After finishing just one level, I’m already planning my next move. There’s still so much of the galaxy left to explore. Tonight is definitely not over yet!
